Digital Entry Submission

As of the beginning of 2026 the Club has adopted the Photoclub.digital platform for submission of images.

Photoclub.Digital is designed to simplify and streamline the coordination of a club’s Photography Exhibitions. It has been built to eliminate the manual, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks traditionally associated with running an exhibition. The platform covers all core workflows, including exhibition setup and management, collection of member entries, and automated collation and presentation of results.

Some of the key features include:

  • Members submit exhibition entries online through the Photoclub.Digital platform.

  • Automated reminder emails notify members when exhibition entries are due.

  • Judges are automatically notified when assigned and when exhibitions are ready for scoring. Including instructions on how to use the platform for scoring.

  • Judges can remotely score projected (digital) images online.

  • Exhibition coordinators can manage the full exhibition workflow online, including manual scoring for print entries.

  • Results are automatically emailed to all members.

  • Member portfolios are automatically updated after each exhibition.

  • Exhibitions can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.

  • Manage both current and past members in one system.

  • New members receive automated welcome emails. Including first time user instructions.

  • Automatic Monthly Calendar of Exhibition and Events Email sent to members.

  • Email notifications are fully configurable.

  • (NEW) Customisable themes, colours, and club logo.
